2022 Registration is OPEN NOW!

2022 Spring Season Registration 

Greetings Bel Passi Families- 

Registration for the 2022 Spring Season is here! 

Registration for the 2022 Spring Season has some new, updated procedures.
Please read ALL information thoroughly.  

 

To register: 

Go to: www.belpassibaseball.com, create an account (or login), and register your player. 

The 2022 Spring Season registration process will be completed entirely online, including jersey and hat size choices AND payment. Parents are responsible for determining the correct sizes. Helpful tip—When in doubt, size up

FEES: Registration fees will be paid online at the time of registration. There WILL be an option to enter into a payment plan through the website. All payment plans MUST be completed by the close of registration on December 31, 2021. 

NEW PLAYERS: New players will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate on or before player evaluations. Birth certificates may be emailed to our board secretary at [email protected] 

ALL players can register at ANY time! 

Registration is open from: 10/14/21 until 12/31/21.

Registration Fees 

2022 Spring Season Fees are as follows: 

3/4 Age Division: $170 + Fundraising or Buyout Cost 
5/6 Age Division: $190 + Fundraising or Buyout Cost 
7/8 - 15-18 Age Divisions: $210 + Fundraising or Buyout Cost 

NEW for 2022: Bel Passi is only hosting ONE player fundraiser! 

Optional fundraising buyout cost includes - 

 
  • Fundraiser Buyout - Mountain Mike’s Coupons: $70 (includes 1 book)  OR

  •  Participation: Must sell 6 at $20 each for a total of $120 

Sibling Discount Offered 

 
  • $20 off each additional registered sibling residing within the same household 

 

 

 

NEW for 2022: Expanded Age Group!! 

We have EXPANDED an age division: 15/16 Colt is now 15-18 Palomino! Players with birthdates between 9/1/2003 and 8/31/2007 are eligible to participate in our 15-18 Palomino age division. Players will play on a regulation size field (90ft bases and 60ft 6inches from home plate to the pitcher's mound).  

In the event that a minimum number of Palomino registrations are not met, registered players will receive a refund. 

 

NEW for 2022: Bel Passi SELECT 

Introducing a NEW level of competitive baseball to Bel Passi! 

 
  • Competitive tournament team with higher level of competition 

  •  Tryouts will be held during the January 8th and 15th player evaluations 

  •  Please check the interest box during player registration to indicate INTEREST in the SELECT program 

  •  Expanded Season Length!  

  •  Practices begin in January 

  •  Tournaments and games scheduled through August 

  •  8 PONY qualified games vs NON-Bel Passi travel teams 

  •  5 potential Home Bel Passi tournaments. Additional tournaments selected by head coach and paid separately 

  •  Registration Fees: $330 (balance to be billed upon team placement)

  •  Includes: insurance, 2 jerseys, 1 hat, 8 PONY games with umpires, PONY Trail tournament fees, 8 Bel Passi field practices 

  •  NO mandatory fundraiser 

  •  Additional fees may apply at coach discretion (tournaments, training, etc)

2021-2022 Refund Policy 

Refunds requested by parents/guardian prior to team placement will be refunded minus a $20 admin fee. 

Refund requests by parents/guardian made after team placement, but before the start of the season (3/7/22) may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus uniform costs and fundraising. 

In the event the season is cancelled by Bel Passi Baseball, due to extenuating or other circumstances (ex. COVID or other), the refund policy will be as follows: 

 
  • If cancellation is before the start of games (currently scheduled for 3/7/22), a monetary refund of registration fees paid minus all fundraising and uniform costs will be given. 

  • If cancellation is after the start of games, but before the second month of games begins (currently scheduled for 4/7/22), a monetary refund of 50% of remaining amount of registration fees paid after deduction of all fundraising and uniform costs will be given. 

  • Any cancellation of the season after the first month of games has been completed (currently scheduled for 4/7/22) will result in no refunds. 

  • No refunds will be given to any accounts that have not fully fulfilled fundraising obligations. 

 

 

Evaluations 

Evaluations WILL be held for the 2022 Spring Season! 

All players ages 7 to 18 MUST participate in ONE player evaluation session (ONLY one). At this time, we are planning to hold player evaluations on January 8, 2022 and January 15, 2022. Look for more information about player evaluations, including time schedules, once registration closes. 


As the COVID situation is fluid, dates and restrictions may change. Parents will be notified of all changes through email, website, and our Bel Passi Baseball Facebook page.
