2021 Registration is now OPEN!

 

2021 Spring Season Registration 

Greetings Bel Passi Families- 

Registration for the 2021 Spring Season is here! 

Registration for the 2021 Spring Season has some new, updated procedures. Please read ALL information thoroughly.  

 

To register: 

Go to: www.belpassibaseball.com, create an account (or login), and register your player. 

Due to the current COVID19 restrictions, the registration process will be completed entirely online, including jersey and hat size choices. Parents are responsible for determining the correct size. Helpful tip—When in doubt, size up! 

VOUCHERS: If you have a registration, pancake breakfast, or fundraiser voucher, you will be able to enter that information during the registration process. Please note, ALL registration vouchers will need to be physically provided before your child is placed on a team. Any vouchers not turned in will result in full registration and/or buyout charges. A voucher collection date will be announced soon. 

FEES: There will NOT be any registration fees collected at this time. Any registration fees will be invoiced and will be collected at team placement or other designated time. 

NEW PLAYERS: New players will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate on or before team placement. Birth certificates may be emailed to our board secretary at[email protected] 

ALL players can register at ANY time! 

Registration is open from: 12/1/20 until 2/4/21 (exact date TBD based on County and State guidelines).

Please note ALL DATES are subject to change due to COVID19 restrictions. 

 

New Age Group for 2021

We have added a NEW age division: 15/16 Colt. Players with birthdates between 9/1/2004 and 8/31/2006 are eligible to participate in our 15/16 age division. Players will play on a regulation size field (90ft bases and 60ft 6inches from home plate to the pitcher's mound). Due to CIF regulations, players may not play for a high school team and a recreational team (Bel Passi) during the same season.  

In the event that the minimum number of players is not met, Colt division registrations will be cancelled for the 2021 season. 

 

Registration Fees 

2021 Spring Season Fees are as follows: 

 
  • 3/4 Age Division: $140 + Fundraising or Buyout Costs

  • 5/6 Age Division: $160 + Fundraising or Buyout Costs 

  • 7/8 - 15/16 Age Divisions: $180 + Fundraising or Buyout Costs 

 

Optional fundraising buyout costs include:

 
  • Primary Fundraiser Buyout (Mountain Mike’s Books): $60 

  • Secondary League Fundraiser (Pancake Breakfast or other TBD): $32 

Sibling Discount Offered 

 
  •  $20 off each additional registered sibling residing within the same household 


Covid19 Safety Protocol

 
  • As the situation with COVID19, as well as County and State Health orders, remains fluid, Bel Passi will continually adapt safety protocol throughout the season. The purpose will be to both ensure the health and safety of our players and guests, as well as maintain requirements to allow for the park to be open. At this point it is unknown what protocols will be required when the season starts. However, ALL players, coaches, and guests will be expected to follow ALL rules put in place. 

 

  • At this time, STATE REQUIRED safety requirements include masks required for all guests, masks required for all players at all times including during play, all coaches, and umpires. Possible safety requirements may include limited or no spectators, temperature checks, and more.  

 

 

2020-2021 Refund Policy 

Refunds requested by parents/guardian prior to team placement will be refunded minus a $10 admin fee. 

Refund requests by parents/guardian made after team placement, but before the start of the season (3/1/21) will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus uniform costs and fundraising. 

In the event the season is cancelled by Bel Passi Baseball, due to extenuating or other circumstances (ex. COVID or other), the refund policy will be as follows: 

 
  • If cancellation is before the start of games (currently scheduled for 3/1/21), a monetary refund of registration fees paid (cash/credit paid, excluding vouchers), minus all fundraising and uniform costs will be given. 

  • If cancellation is after the start of games, but before the second month of games begins (currently scheduled for 4/1/21), a monetary refund of 50% of remaining amount of registration fees paid (cash/credit paid, excluding vouchers), after deduction of all fundraising and uniform costs will be given. 

  • Any cancellation of the season after the first month of games has been completed (currently scheduled for 4/1/21) will result in no refunds. 

  • No refunds will be given to any accounts that have not fully fulfilled fundraising obligations. 

 

 

Evaluations

Due to current COVID19 restrictions, Bel Passi will NOT be holding evaluations for the 2021 season. The method of team formation will be announced to coaches once registration is complete. 

As the COVID19 situation is fluid, dates and restrictions may change. Parents will be notified of all changes through email, website, and our Bel Passi Baseball Facebook page.
